ADEY, known as a pioneer in the protection and maintenance of heating and cooling systems in home and building technology, was acquired by Polypipe for £ 210 million. Polypipe claims to be one of the largest manufacturers of piping systems, water and climate management systems in Europe. ADEY’s market-leading position and capabilities in Great Britain complement the existing business perfectly. Both companies offer solutions for the same target groups from the areas of end users, housing associations, plumbing and heating installers.
