Alliance of new product providers at Finabro

Finabro GmbH, operator of the digital sales platform of the same name for company pension schemes (BAV), is adding the Allianz Group Austria to the circle of product providers. The two companies announced this in a broadcast on Tuesday.

The partnership is intended to offer companies and their employees an opportunity to introduce a company pension plan in a “time and cost-saving” manner based on the digital solution and to reduce the administrative effort involved.

The offer available via Finabro is based on the 300 euro model, the “future security”, according to § 3 Paragraph 1 Line 15 lit. a EStG.

“S Accident Protection” via “George”

The Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG has expanded its Internet banking “George” to include an offer: It is now possible to take out “s Unfall-Schutz” accident insurance online in this way. The product is provided by cooperation partner Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG.

“George” is “designed as a platform” and “more than just internet banking,” says Erste Private Customers Board Member Thomas Schaufler: “Insurance is an essential part of your own provision, so you always have everything in view.”

The insurance protection applies around the clock worldwide, explains Erste. Partners and children can be included in insurance coverage, and coverage for special sports and leisure risks is also possible.

Generali: Telemedical service with “drd Doctors”

Generali Versicherung AG, in turn, reports an expansion of the range of health services. After registering once, customers can use the “Meine Generali” app to consult a doctor via video telephony. The cooperation partner is Vienna-based drd GmbH.

The “online consultation hours” currently take place Monday to Friday, including public holidays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. “It is not necessary to make an appointment – you are connected within minutes,” says Generali.

“In addition to medical help, the offer includes instant prescriptions, referrals from specialists and – depending on the legal regulations – also sick notes.”

43.99 euros per consultation

The “drd family doctor talk” is not an insurance contract, but rather a discounted offer from drd Doctors for Generali customers, at a price of 43.99 instead of 49.99 euros per consultation. Payment is made using the payment method set up in the app store.

For customers with private medical insurance, Generali pays the pro rata costs after submission to social security and reimbursement, provided that the cover is appropriate.

If special tariffs exist, such as for expats or cross-border commuters, Generali is charged directly with drd Doctors online.
