Los Angeles (AP) – Demi Lovato (28, “Sorry Not Sorry”) gives an insight into a YouTube documentary about her almost fatal drug overdose in 2018.
The US singer posted a trailer on Wednesday for the documentary series “Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil”, which premieres in March. In it, the musician reveals that she had three strokes and one heart attack in the hospital. She couldn’t see anything after the overdose and she still suffers from long-term damage today.
Her family, friends and colleagues, including pop star Elton John, have their say in the documentary. She wants to be open about her emotional problems, past trauma, and her own mistakes after early fame. She has learned a lot from her past and is now proud to share this with her fans. The episodes will be published on Lovato’s YouTube channel from March 23rd.
